Apartment building on Vorontsov Street

The project site is located in the city of Tbilisi. The proposed building is a multi-apartment residential structure, with a design focus on the plasticity of natural materials and a minimalist approach to open spaces. The volume is shaped by short, clean lines, while the façade features wood-textured panels and brickwork arranged in varied patterns. Together, these elements create a refined and visually engaging architectural identity. Open balconies follow the contour of the building’s volume, providing residents with comfortable outdoor spaces suitable for summer use. Large glazed surfaces ensure abundant natural daylight and establish a visual dialogue with the surrounding street. The use of glazing on the façade reduces the perceived mass of the building and emphasizes its contemporary character.
