Country House near Lisi lake

The project presented by Archidea group is located in Tbilisi. In Lisi, at the territory of the Agarakebi village. The total area of the land plot is 750,00 m2. No buildings are located on the mentioned plot. The area is distinguished by ist original relief. The project consists of 1 ground floor. Plant area is 224.3 m2. From a constructive point of view, the building is a carcass type building. Covering of the building is achieved with a construction block, and for the inner walls the thinner blocks are used for designing. The building is having a flat roof, which has a thickness and the necessary arrangements for water transfering. The fasade of the building is a glossy and is decorated with a decorative painting in a white color. A part of the wall is fitted with bricks. Aluminum antioxidant stained glass windows will be used in dark gray color. Within the framework of the project, the pool is planned to be made . It is also involved to have a green covering. The area of the garden will be arranged on the roof of the terrace with staircase by which we will reach the terrace. Geometric shapes of the project are in full harmony with the landscape design.
