Hotel in Okrokhana

This concept design by Archidea is located in Okrokhana, exemplifying a seamless connection with nature and contemporary architectural principles. The hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Tbilisi, Mtatsminda Park, and Tabori Mountain. The façade is elegantly clad in wooden panels, while the terraces feature lush green balconies that enhance the natural ambiance. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures a strong visual connection with the surroundings while maximizing natural light. A detailed site analysis revealed that the topography allows for partial panoramic city views from the existing elevation. This led to the decision to open up the first floor as much as possible, preserving the sense of greenery and the experience of the wild landscape. The hotel spans a total construction area of 4,300 square meters, comprising three above-ground and two underground levels.
