Building is located in Paliashvili street in the prestigious district of Tbilisi. The buildings are located along the streets of the area. There is no particularly valuable object in the area considered in terms of architectural-patented and engineering art. The dominant buildings on this section of the street are multilevel multi-dwelling houses. Building-project designed by our team of architects is to be a mixed type building; consisting of 10 floors, where the first and the second floors will be arranged for offices and commercial use. At the basement level, parking lots will be arranged. Natural materials are used to cover the building. Due to the lack of territory, the building is developed in terraced type, where green covering will be involved to improve the greenery of the area not only for the visual but also for beneficial reasons.
