The project is located in Mtskheta, near the Natakhtari area. The five buildings are located in the project area, which are designed as an industrial spaces and represent Natakhtari water bottling factory. The area is fenced with concrete tiles. At the planning stage planned repair works for the building of the office. It was accomplished by combining the block walls and aluminum stained glasses. The facade was faced with a travertine. While roofing was done with aluminum panels. One of the buildings was restored and refurbished. After dismantling the existing wall walls, the walls were allocated through the sandwich panel and strengthened the roof cover. This project is a good example of how the group understands the varied use of resources. In particular, the disposal resulting from the dismantling was used as a preparatory ground for access roads, which is designed to resist with the weight of both light and freight vehicles. Metal wastes saved for further use in the territory.
