Multifunctional complex in Gudauri

We present a concept created by Archide in the town of Gudauri. The planning of the complex is based on the traditional spatial framework characteristic of Georgian mountain villages, adjusted to the principles of European squares to create a harmonious blend of Georgian tradition and European architecture. This multifunctional complex comprises apartments, a hotel-spa center, and entertainment and sports spaces. The development is designed for year-round use, ensuring optimal utilization of the territory in all four seasons. The site plan is structured around independent building blocks, forming an inner courtyard system with distinct functions: The first courtyard will feature open-air cafes and restaurants, creating a lively social hub. The architectural centerpiece of the complex is a signature tower, whose top floor will house a 360-degree observation deck, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The buildings will be clad in local natural stone, a combination of concrete and wood, with select facades featuring brick textures. This thoughtful use of materials will create a harmonious contrast between old and new, tradition and modernity, giving the complex a unique and distinctive character.
