An important meeting was recently held at Archidea, attended by representatives of Pontus Development and the founders of the Italian architectural studio NOA, Lukas Rungger and Stefan Rier. During the meeting, the parties discussed plans for collaboration in Georgia, focusing on the design of a hotel and residential complex planned for the Gudauri ski resort. Throughout the session, the teams exchanged ideas and experiences, presenting preliminary sketches, concepts, and technical visions for the upcoming project. One of the key topics of discussion was the historical context of the project site and the unique cultural characteristics of the region. Both teams emphasized the importance of these factors, as Archidea and NOA share a strong commitment to place identity, contextual sensitivity, sustainability, and harmonious integration with the environment.
