Archidea participated in the preparation of the technical drawings for the Telegraph Building. The project was carried out in collaboration with the original architects Neri&Hu and Silk Road Group. Originally designed in 1964 by Georgian architects Lado Alexi-Meskhishvili and Teimuraz Mikashavidze, the building once served as a vital communication hub for the local community, where residents could send telegrams and make phone calls before such technologies became common in households. The recent reconstruction was completed in accordance with the LEED Gold standard for sustainable and environmentally responsible architecture. The renewed building now accommodates a 239-room hotel, while preserving its historic façade. The ground floor features a restaurant and public areas, creating an open and welcoming space for both guests and the local community.
