Hotel Hilton

This project is deemed to be a reconstruction of an old legendary Sanatorium in Tskaltubo during Soviet Union, attracting around 125,000 visitors a year. The hotel itself consists of 3 floors with standard and lux class hotel rooms, including space for equipment for their service. Concept includes restaurant and reception area for the restaurant. The area of the restaurant is deemed to be especially unique with ceiling and wooden windowpanes, also with column revetment, which is performed with Venetian style, and is kept in good condition. In the mentioned area only the floor and wall color will be changed, also lustra and tables. In the waiting hall will be installed lounge bar, which can be joined with restaurant area. Also, under the new reconstruction, to the restaurant area will be added open terrace, which will be oriented on inside yard and the area of water-pool and open bar. In hotel there is attached also service elevator and room for the employees and multifunctional spaces, that can be used for meeting rooms and available to merge with the main halls.
