Hotel near 300 Aragveli Subway Station

The proposed project is a six-floored multifunctional building involving a hotel and a dental clinic. Located in Tbilisi, near the subway station 300 Aragveli. The building is a carcass type; concrete block is used to fill the walls. The façade is made up partially of stained glasses, partly with decorative stones and from aluminum composite panels. According to the project, for the railings it will be used the glass railings on metal sticks (spiders). The project included 4 living floors and 5th (technical) floor with auxiliary spaces and terraces .The area included in the project includes the level of planting at the -1st floor. Project land plot is located near the socially important places, such as the Metro Station. The quantity of Stages and the height of building is not violating the overall spatial balance of the building planning and it is worth mentioning that the planning of the project fits with other constructions of the area and becomes a part of landscapes.
