Next Amani is located in Kenya, Nairobi. A vibrant environment designed for over 250,000 residents. The project was developed in collaboration with Spectrum Architecture. Next residential complex consists of 4 individual blocks. All of them have different height and create a distinct silhouette. There are two main entrance points, each for two residential blocks. This means that single elevator/stair core is servicing two blocks. In total there are 3 elevators and 3 staircases for each pair of buildings, from these 2-passenger elevator and 1 cargo elevator. The building consists of several occupancies, such as residential areas, public areas, technical areas, parking and etc. For public areas we have a dedicated space for signature restaurant, which has a separate entrance from B1 level and continues up to ground floor. In addition to that there are a couple of commercial areas located on ground floor. They also have a separate entrance from the alleyway, which connects main entrance to the backyard and beyond, to the public recreational park. Between blocks 01 & 02 and 03 & 04 there are cozy courtyards, which are also leading to the backyard and beyond.
