Radisson collection, Tsinandali estate

The residence of Alexander Chavchavadze in Tsinandali, Georgia is one of the oldest historic complexes with great traditions and storyline. The project is located on the southern side of the up mentioned Tsinandali residence and includes several restaurants, swimming pools, tubs, hall and a five star hotel, where the Radisson will be operating the hotel. This project belongs to the Spanish architect Demian Fueges (an architects association in London), and fully integrates the existing landscape and existing historic building sites, which together with the historic Tsinandali residence evolve a visitor into alive poetry. The green covering is used to cover the façade. The interior is solved in modern style with neoclassical inclusions. This all comes in harmony with the historic building that gives the impression that the guest is a part of the nature and the complete synchronization with nature triggers its mental and spiritual state to the nirvana. The dominant green color is a guarantee of a stable calmness and positive vibes. Within the framework of this project, we have managed construction architectural documents of the new hotel complex and operated on architectural management of the facility The hotel is planned for 128 living rooms. Overall, the design capacity of 12000 sq.m is useful for storage space.
