Shopping Mall in Telavi

The project site, with a total area of 27,774 sq.m, is located within Telavi s prospective development zone. It is surrounded by strategic facilities such as the National Food Agency, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Sports Palace. The project is harmoniously integrated into the city’s development plan and the existing road network. The building’s exterior represents a synthesis of brick and glass curtain walls. This combination creates an authentic yet contemporary appearance that respects Telavi’s traditional architectural character while simultaneously introducing modern standards. The building consists of two main levels: Ground floor (Level 0): commercial spaces Basement level (Level -1): storage areas connected to the commercial zone via freight elevators and stair cores. Also there is dedicated access road for service and delivery vehicles is provided from the northern side of the site.
