⚪Entrance: This part of the Vartsikhe resort serves as the main entrance to the complex. It consists of two sections and covers a total area of 335 sq.m. The first section is the gateway into the complex, while the second part is the main guest entrance, which also includes parking for 46 vehicles. At this location, there is a reception area where guests can register and access electric mobility vehicles for internal transportation. ⚪Historical Building: The historical Ananov Palace is the central landmark of the complex. The entire visual and artistic style of the resort is inspired by this building. It will house various public gathering spaces such as a wine bar, restaurant, library, and conference rooms. The building has a total area of 1,350 sq.m. ⚪Restaurant: The restaurant represents the modern segment of the complex. It is located on a 600 sq.m area and is designed to accommodate around 50 guests. It includes both public spaces and operational areas for staff. This building also houses service areas for the personnel serving the cottages. The restaurant has an open terrace, and its main hall features a transformable façade — closed in winter and open in summer. ⚪Cottages: The Vartsikhe resort complex features two types of cottages: Type A-individual and Type B-family. Type A cottages occupy 50 sqm of space and include a 20 sqm terrace. Type B cottages are 118 sqm and feature two master bedrooms, each with a private terrace, and two living areas. In total, the area includes 4 Type A cottages and 1 Type B cottage. ⚪Pool and Spa: The complex also includes a wellness center, composed of an outdoor pool and a spa center. The pool and bar occupy a 920 sq.m area, while the spa spans 265 sq.m. The spa includes various facilities such as wet and dry saunas, massage rooms, a relaxation area with a pool, private lockers, and inner courtyards. It is nestled within the site s natural greenery and is fully oriented toward relaxation and comfort for guests.
