The project is located in the Mtskheta Municipality, adjacent to Natakhtari Airport, on a 50,000 m² site. The area features a flat terrain, providing ideal conditions for a modern industrial complex. The design includes a water production factory, a raw materials warehouse, production lines, and a finished goods zone. The buildings follow an industrial architectural style and are equipped with energy-efficient materials and solar panels, ensuring high-quality production and outstanding energy performance.
